Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at milkypanda.co.uk Following are the terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time.
  2. Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
  3. The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
  4. For orders over £10 we will send out via track services. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you'll always know where your package is.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • As we are based in United Kingdom, we offer free delivery within the United Kingdom if the total amount of an order is above £10 and £2 delivery charges for order below £10 ( There is no minimum order amount)
  • We charge one off £5.50 for European countries , and  £6.99 for the rest of the world no matter how much you buy. ( Standard International shipping) 
  • We use Royal Mail or Evri for the customers in the UK, and Royal Mail standard international services for the rest of the world.
  • Please allow a few more days then normal for Royal Mail to handle the package in case of any delays
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks time to arrive for international orders in case of delay, usually it takes 4-11 working days for European countries, 5-17 working days for the rest of the world.
  • The Company is not responsible for shipment delayed situations that are outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe weather storm.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. We will handle the order within 1 day if there is no other problems .

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pandabox Trading Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We haven't got any messages back from overseas customers about paying taxes and customs so far.
