Return & Refund Policy

We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As online sellers, we have to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.

GENERAL RULE

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between products and that payment options may vary from one product to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following criteria for a Refund.

Customers need to provide a return shipping label if 

  • You just change your mind
  • You choose not to use our product
  • You've decided our product is "Not what I need."
  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
  • The product does not meet your requirement
  • You've found a different substitute for the product

Faulty or damaged items:

Customers must provide proof of damage by use of photos and or video to be attached with their email.

UK customers:

We don't need you to return the products if it is faulty or damage ( within 48 hours you receive the items), we will replace it for free. 

International customers:

We don't need you to return the products if it is faulty or damage ( within 48 hours you receive the items), we will refund you .

General rules for return

  • This clause sets out the only circumstances in which we will accept returns or offer refunds for products. We will not accept returns or offer refunds for products unless they are faulty. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 5 days from the receipt of the products.
  • To inform us that you wish to return the products. We will then provide you with details of where to return the products and how to complete the returns process.

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved,  It might take up to 10 business days.

Refund Procedures

  • Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10-15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
